1. Terms & Conditions

By purchasing services from Sweet Dreams Web Studio, you agree to the following terms:

• Scope of Work: The Starter Website Package ($499 CAD) includes customization of selected templates, basic SEO setup, and publishing to hosting.
• Client Materials: Clients must provide necessary content, text, and images required for site customization.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, final website design ownership rights are transferred to the client.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is strictly protected. We handle user data responsibly:

• Information Collected: We only collect names, emails, and contact details submitted via contact forms or payment checkouts.
• Use of Data: Data is solely used to deliver web development services and process payments. We never sell or trade personal data to third parties.
• Payment Security: Financial details (Credit Cards/PayPal) are processed securely through certified gateways (Stripe & PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction with your web studio services:

• Full Refund: Requests made within 24 hours of purchase before setup begins are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Partial Refund: If project customization has started, a 50% partial refund applies to cover initial setup costs.
• Non-refundable: Once the final website files are delivered or published live, services become non-refundable.

4. Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

As a provider of digital services, physical shipping does not apply:

• Delivery Method: All services, assets, and website previews are delivered digitally via Email or secure cloud link.
• Turnaround Time: Initial design drafts for the Starter Package are delivered within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving all required project details from the client.
